Over seven transformative days in the sacred landscapes of Japan, you will immerse yourself in:

• Moving Meditation with the Sword – surrender to gravity, discover balance and inner stillness
• Elemental Training – Earth, Water, Fire, Wind, and Sky practices for mind-body harmony
• Samurai Calligraphy & Philosophy – uniting tradition, wisdom, and leadership in daily life
• Ninja Weapons & Meditation – learning stealth, precision, and quiet confidence
• Ceremonial Practices – Fire Rituals, Waterfall Cleansing, and Sacred Tea Ceremonies

Each day begins with sunrise training or meditation and ends with guided reflections to deepen your personal and spiritual journey.
